By downloading or using LittleHands ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
LittleHands is a watch face app that lets you create custom clock hands from photos. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard Apple EULA).
The App offers an optional one-time purchase ("LittleHands Pro") that unlocks additional features. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies. Purchases are non-transferable.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by JG Labs and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Photos you add remain your property.
Weather information is provided by Apple WeatherKit. Weather data is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees about its accuracy or availability.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JG Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
